I've planted many flowers, and hope to curate many more... Please, take a look at my crown jewel tulips.

 Maggie Cervidae's Wattpad

This is where a long-dead woman once weaved her words. In simple terms, I used to write poetry here. I definitely don't upload here now, as I've yet to have something new to release that meets my standards. Stay tuned. What you see here may return someday under a fresh coat of paint. The following poetry collections were uploaded here:

WYRM

The story of an old elf thief finding his mojo back...

WYRM was my first short story. It's lightly fantasy, as I was (and still am) inexperienced in writing this sort of thing. It started as a NaNoWriMo project and ended up blowing up into something bigger.

This story is a lot of things... A fever dream, for one. I worked with an actual beta reader, was pretty cool. I wish this could've been more, especially since it's the introduction to a universe I have been planning for a while.

Another time, wyrmy...

 Eventide Writings: Sweet & Sour

One year ago as of writing this, I released this short collection, and the embers begin to glow red in my heart...

None of these poems are particularly good, but they did do one thing right: They set the scene for what I would be able to do with my skill set and what I had studied at the time, which was virtually nothing.

Included in the collection is "Fhtagn," the first poem I ever wrote. It's an eerie, unintelligible poem, much like what I derived the name from (ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn, an occult phrase sometimes used to summon Cthulhu). The poem represents beginnings in a way. In the sunken city of my mind, I lay dreaming, delusions of grandeur, rotting in my bed.

It will return. I will return.

 LIGHT MY FIRE, BEGIN AGAIN

A crown jewel achievement. A collection of retrospective poems written by 5(6?) members of the greatest band to ever walk the Earth; and the spiritual sacrifice they made for that title...

Frankly, I think I went crazy on some parts of this collection. I don't know if the poems are good by the standards of a professional, but I know for damn sure that this collection is really cool.

These poems are toying with an idea I've had for quite some time. It blended and fused my love affair with music at the time (which is ongoing) with my other dedication to biblical morality. I've always believed one thing: If you're going to sell your soul, do it for art and nothing else.

Special shoutout to the artist I worked with for the paintings of the characters, you can find her Twitter here. Her talent knows no bounds.

Mountaintop blues, mountaintop blues, mountaintop blues...

The Silvereye Collective

The Silvereye Collective is a small group of artists that get together and work on things individually. It's like my brand, in a sense. Follow the Substack, maybe you'll see a short story out of me, or a game made by the other co-founder, Dingus. Who knows? Expect us. Hostile Takeover.

DIRTY HATS - Meet Me At Rosa Beach (Make Your Bed And Dream)

A fantastic album created by a very close friend of mine. A gave a spoken word rendition of Fhtagn at the end. The message resonated with Mr. Hats quite a bit.

I'm glad. I've actually been to the Rosa Beach that the album references, and it's just as ethereal and grand as it sounds. I don't know what climbing a mountain feels like, but it probably feels like that beach. When I went, it was very cold. Freezing, actually.

Nothing warms you up like a good run, though.

He's a genius. Keep an eye out for Dirty Hats.

There is more to come. Please, stay tuned for when the next flowers bloom.
